Dry Berths (Dry Boat Storage)

Dry storage is the fastest growing and most efficient means of storing boats in the world and provides huge advantages to owners of powered boats. It has been widely used throughout Australia and the rest of the western world for the past 40 to 60 years.

Unlike wet berths, boats stored in dry storage require less maintenance and stay in better  condition over longer periods of time.

This means greater overall enjoyment along with lower  maintenance costs, increased reliability, security and overall peace of mind regarding your prized asset.

We can dry store power boats up to 11m in length and there are a number of licence terms  available. Enjoy all the benefits of dry boat storage and have your boat fuelled.

With a limited number of berths available now is the time to act.

To reserve a dry berth in the all new facility, please contact our Marina Manager here

Yes, Sydney Boathouse has a new purpose built floating marina which can accommodate boats up to 20m in length. Contact us via email info@sydneyboathouse.com.au or by calling 02 9810 0336.

This will depend on when you would like your boat launched. Generally speaking our service is ‘at call’ during our operating hours and we will endeavour to have your boat put in the water by the time you arrive. However, during peak boating periods, like weekends and special events, pre bookings are the best way to ensure that your boat is ready for your desired departure time.

Our hours of operation are generally 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. However, you can enter the facility by swipe card outside of our standard hours of operation if your boat has been put in the water the day before and is berthed at our marina.

Sydney Boathouse has a dedicated customer car park. Please enquire for latest rates and availability. We offer one complimentary car park pass per boat stored with us.

Our secure dry boat store can accommodate boats up to 11m in length.

Our licence fees include unlimited launches and retrievals to and from the boat store and the water.

If you service your boat with one of our service tenants on site, we will also lift your boat on to the hardstand at no cost. Other costs may apply with the service dealer for storing your boat on the hardstand while it conducts the service of your boat. Booking your launch is now easier by using the BoatCloud App.

That depends on length of the boat you wish to store. Monthly licence fees start from $850 per month including GST for a boat of 6m in length or less. Refer price list for size and price options.

We currently have waiting lists on some size boats. Please contact the Marina Manager on info@sydneyboathouse.com.au to check the status with respect to your boat.

You can lock in your dry berth position by filling out the reserve form or by contacting us via email info@sydneyboathouse.com.au or calling 1300 047 896.
